Use the form below to search for available shifts and put in a request for your clinical. Getting approved is contingent up turning in all of the required documents (details here) and receiving approval from the clinical site.
Once you put in your request, you will need to wait for a confirmation from your lead instructor(s) or clinical coordinator.
* Please note: If you sign up for Durham Fire Station 5, you must plan to bring workout clothes with you (in addition to your uniform).
** You may sign up for a maximum of ONE shift in the UNC ED. Additional requests for the ED will be deleted.
