DESCRIPTION:Registration Process  (READ CAREFULLY)\nUse the form below to 
 register for the course.  Once you submit the form below and complete the
  payment at the available link ($950.00)\, you will receive an email that 
 your registration is in a PENDING status.\n\n UNC students MUST register 
 using an official UNC email address (NOT Gmail) AND full name (first and l
 ast name only: no middle name). Students who do NOT register with a first 
 and last name will have their registration cancelled.\nThe first 30 studen
 ts to register and pay will receive an email marking your registration as 
 "approved".  After that\, students who register and pay will be placed on
  a waitlist in the order of payment received until capacity is reached.  
 There are 10 slots for waitlisted students.  Your registration will remai
 n in "pending" status until seats become available.  You will be notified
  if an open seat becomes available and will then receive an email marking 
 your registration as "approved".\nIn order for all registrations to be fin
 al\, you must complete and upload:\n\n 	all required registration document
 s by Monday\, November 30th\, 2026\n 	DISA drug screen\, background check\
 , and vaccination requirements by Wednesday\, December 30th\, 2026\n\n&nbs

 ility Waiver and valid Driver's License (learner's permit not accepted). C
 lick on each document name to download. You must upload the full documents
 \, not just the signature pages. We will only accept the following documen
 ts for proof of High School completion:\n\n 	Copy/Picture of High School D
 iploma\n 	Copy/Picture of Associate's degree\, Bachelor's degree or Higher
  Diploma\n 	Copy of High School Transcript Showing Graduation\n 	or Letter
  from High School Confirming Graduation Date\n\n\n 	Once you have a confir
 med seat you will receive information on creating a DISA account to COMPLE
 TE the drug screen\, background check and ALL required VACCINATION documen
 tation. All requirements must be completed and marked as COMPLETED/APPROVE
 D by DISA no later than Wednesday\, December 30\, 2026. \n 	Waitlisted st
 udents will NOT need to obtain a DISA account until they have a confirmed 
 seat.  Due dates for compliance will depend on when you are issued the DI
 SA codes.\n\nSeats are assigned in the order in which registration and ful
 l payment is made.  However\, your seat in the class is not guaranteed un
 til all required documentation and DISA requirements are met. If you do no
 t complete the prerequisite documentation by the due date\, your registrat
 ion will be cancelled.  Failure to meet the DISA requirements by the due 
 date will result in your being moved to the end of the waitlist.  Documen
 tation completion for DISA means that your submissions have been REVIEWED 
 and CLEARED by DISA.  This can take several days following your completio
 n of a drug screen or upload of your vaccination documents. No exceptions 
 will be granted.  After you receive a notification that your registration
  is "approved"\, you will receive an email from the ACERIP administrator w
 ith instructions for setting up a DISA  account.\nShould you decide not t
 o take the course after registering or if your registration is cancelled f
 or not following instructions or meeting the required deadlines\,  a $50 
 Administrative Fee will be deducted from your registration fee.  The rema
 ining amount will be refunded back to you.  Please notify us promptly so 
 your seat can be offered to another student.\n***You will receive an email
  from Paypal to pay for your course ticket via invoice within approximatel
 y 5-10 minutes. Payment must be received prior to seats being confirmed. *
 **  Please Pay Via Bank Transfer\, credit card/venmo/apple pay will not b
 e accepted. ***  Any duplicate payments will incur the $50 processing fee
