Registration Process
Use the form below to register for the course. Once you submit the form below and complete the payment at Paypal ($950.00), you will receive an email that your registration is in a PENDING status.
UNC students MUST register using an official UNC email address (NOT GMail) AND full name (first and last name only: no middle name). Students who do NOT register with a first and last name will have their registration cancelled.
The first 30 students to register and pay will receive an email marking your registration as “approved”. After that, students who register and pay will be placed on a waitlist in the order of payment received until capacity is reached. There are 10 slots for waitlisted students. Your registration will remain in “pending” status until seats become available. You will be notified if an open seat becomes available and will then receive an email marking your registration as “approved”. In order for all registrations to be final, you must complete and upload all required registration documents and DISA drug screen, background check and vaccination requirements by Tuesday, August 11, 2026.
- Click Here to submit your relevant diploma, Photo Release, Liability Waiver, valid Driver’s License and Click on each document name to download. You must upload the full documents, not just the signature pages. We will only accept the following documents for proof of High School completion:
- Copy/Picture of High School Diploma
- Copy/Picture of Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma
- Copy of High School Transcript Showing Graduation
- or Letter from High School Confirming Graduation Date
- Once you have a confirmed seat you will receive information on creating a DISA account to COMPLETE the drug screen, background check and ALL required VACCINATION documentation. All requirements must be completed and marked as COMPLETED/APPROVED by DISA no later than Tuesday, August 11, 2026.
- Waitlisted students will NOT need to obtain a DISA account until they have a confirmed seat. Due dates for compliance will depend on when you are issued the DISA codes.
Seats are assigned in the order in which registration and full payment is made. However, your seat in the class is not guaranteed until all required documentation and DISA requirements are met. If you do not complete the above documentation by the due dates, you will be moved to the end of the waitlist. Documentation completion for DISA means that your submissions have been REVIEWED and CLEARED by DISA. This can take several days following your completion of a drug screen or upload of your vaccination documents. No exceptions will be granted. After you receive a notification that your registration is “approved”, you will receive an email from the ACERIP administrator with instructions for setting up a DISA account.
Should you decide not to take the course after registering, a $50 Administrative Fee will be deducted from your registration fee. The remaining amount will be refunded back to you. Please notify us promptly so your seat can be offered to another student.
***If you cancel or exit Paypal before you complete your payment, your booking will be marked as “awaiting Paypal payment. You will need to complete the booking process again. *** DO NOT MAKE MULTIPLE PAYMENTS. *** Any duplicate payments will incur the PayPal processing fee when refunded.
