DESCRIPTION:Registration Process\nUse the form below to register for the c
 ourse.  Once you submit the form below and complete the payment at Paypal
  ($950.00)\, you will receive an email that your registration is in a PEND
 ING status.\n\n UNC students MUST register using an official UNC email ad
 dress (NOT GMail) AND full name (first and last name only: no middle name)
 . Students who do NOT register with a first and last name will have their 
 registration cancelled.\nThe first 30 students to register and pay will re
 ceive an email marking your registration as "approved".  After that\, stu
 dents who register and pay will be placed on a waitlist in the order of pa
 yment received until capacity is reached.  There are 10 slots for waitlis
 ted students.  Your registration will remain in "pending" status until se
 ats become available.  You will be notified if an open seat becomes avail
 able and will then receive an email marking your registration as "approved
 ".  In order for all registrations to be final\, you must complete and up
 load all required registration documents and DISA drug screen\, background
  check and vaccination requirements by Tuesday\, August 11\, 2026.\n\n\n

 You must upload the full documents\, not just the signature pages. We will
  only accept the following documents for proof of High School completion:\
 n\n 	Copy/Picture of High School Diploma\n 	Copy/Picture of Associate's de
 gree\, Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma\n 	Copy of High School Transcri
 pt Showing Graduation\n 	or Letter from High School Confirming Graduation 
 Date\n\n\n 	Once you have a confirmed seat you will receive information on
  creating a DISA account to COMPLETE the drug screen\, background check an
 d ALL required VACCINATION documentation. All requirements must be complet
 ed and marked as COMPLETED/APPROVED by DISA no later than Tuesday\, August
  11\, 2026. \n 	Waitlisted students will NOT need to obtain a DISA accoun
 t until they have a confirmed seat.  Due dates for compliance will depend
  on when you are issued the DISA codes.\n\nSeats are assigned in the order
  in which registration and full payment is made.  However\, your seat in 
 the class is not guaranteed until all required documentation and DISA requ
 irements are met. If you do not complete the above documentation by the du
 e dates\, you will be moved to the end of the waitlist.  Documentation co
 mpletion for DISA means that your submissions have been REVIEWED and CLEAR
 ED by DISA.  This can take several days following your completion of a dr
 ug screen or upload of your vaccination documents. No exceptions will be g
 ranted.  After you receive a notification that your registration is "appr
 oved"\, you will receive an email from the ACERIP administrator with instr
 uctions for setting up a DISA  account.\nShould you decide not to take th
 e course after registering\, a $50 Administrative Fee will be deducted fro
 m your registration fee.  The remaining amount will be refunded back to y
 ou.  Please notify us promptly so your seat can be offered to another stu
 dent.\n***If you cancel or exit Paypal before you complete your payment\, 
 your booking will be marked as “awaiting Paypal payment.  You will need
  to complete the booking process again. ***  DO NOT MAKE MULTIPLE PAYMENT
