Lynn Webster is the Program Director for ACERIP EMS Education. She first became involved in EMS as a volunteer for SORS (South Orange Rescue Squad) after obtaining her EMT-Basic in 2001. She then went on to complete her paramedic certification and worked for Orange County Emergency Services. In 2005 she began teaching basic and advanced EMS provider classes and Instructional Methodology for EMS educators through Durham Technical Community College. She has taught for Randolph Community College and the Durham Fire Department Academy. UNC students have been a favorite and she has taught EMT-Basic classes on campus since 2006. She has a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Relations from UNC Chapel Hill (go Heels!) and an MBA from Pace University in New York. Prior to becoming involved in EMS she worked in the field of human resources organization and management development in the private sector and as a consultant.
